Enjoy a lively spring morning filled with beautiful flavors, thoughtful hospitality, and time spent around the table honoring the people who mean the most to us.
Menu
Whipped Ricotta with Strawberry & Crostini
Local honey, lemon zest, and fresh herbs
Spring Greens
Creamy feta, fresh herbs, Kalamata olives, cucumber, and warm oregano vinaigrette
Eggs en Cocotte
Leeks, dill, parsley, gruyère, oregano butter, and brioche triangle toasts
Baklava Waffles
Buttermilk waffle, baklava nut crunch, warm honey syrup, and whipped orange blossom mascarpone
Sokolatina
Greek chocolate cream cake
All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government-issued I.D.
What to expect in a Chefs' Table at Holladay:
The entire chef team joins together to create an evening of elegance and delight, bringing an interpretation of the theme to your plates.
You will be served a minimum of six courses (or more) so come hungry.
We do not provide recipes for Chefs' Tables. This allows for impromptu inspiration, creative freedom, and the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
With advanced notice, allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated, and non-alcoholic drink options made available. Please indicate your needs and preferences in the comment field when you register for the event.
Dinners are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
Seats are priced per person.
