  • Beef Lovers Unite! (August 27)

Thursday, August 27th 6:00pm-8:00pm Harmons Station Park Cooking School Chef Laura Calling all steak lovers! (Or at least 16 of you...) Consider this our warning to your local steakhouse: we are lifting the lid on all the secrets! You can practice right here, then go home and charge $80/steak for you and your loved ones. DIY marinade might sound intimidating- not if you're in the capable hands of our team of Chefs. You'll never buy a bottled marinade again! Not only is it an easy process, the taste difference will knock your socks off. Of course, there must be an obligatory vegetable, so we bulked out the brussels sprouts with some bacon, some hearty greens, and a heavy dose of our favorite, fabulous fibrous grain, farro. If you've never drank a 'shrub' before, tart vinegar clashes with sweet, fresh fruit and creates a vibrant, sparkling texture you just can't get from a can. It's a one of a kind experience crafted by our resident bartender Preston. Speaking of delicious fruit, it wouldn't be a 'beef lovers' class without one more shoutout to beef- we're making a delicious beef tallow based apple pie for dessert. One thing we don't have beef with is our resident expert on all things nutrition and diet related- our RDN, CD Sarah Dyer-Heim! Sarah brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to the Cooking School not only about how to cook, but why we chose this evenings menu. If you're new to GLP-1's, looking to change dietary preferences, or have any Lord of the Rings related questions, Sarah is here for all of it. Autographs do cost extra. Our Menu: Bacon & Brussels Bowl Delmonico Steak DIY Marinade "Gut Punch" Shrub Beef Tallow Apple Pie
