Thursday, April 2 | 6:00-8:00 p.m. Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School Chef Mark Benson Our Chefs will transport you to a French Bistro where they will introduce you to one of Frances beloved sandwiches, the Croque Monsieur. Simply put, this is a sandwich served with slices of ham, Gruyere cheese, Dijon mustard, layered and topped with a Bechamel sauce that you will make from scratch, and broiled in the oven to get a nice bubbly, caramelized cheesy top. Add an over-easy egg on top, and it becomes the Croque Madame. Nothing goes better with a cheesy ham sandwich like homemade tomato soup with cheese curds added at the end into the soup to create creamy pearls of joy to bite into and dip your sandwich into. To finish it off, enjoy a slice of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream from our very own Harmons bakery! On the Menu: Butter Lettuce Salad with Creamy Dijon Dressing Croque Monsieur and Madame Sandwich Tomato Soup from Scratch with Melted Cheese Curds Bechamel Sauce Harmons Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Seats are priced per person.
