Bonjour, et bienvenue! We are delighted to have you join Chef Berkley. French pastry, at its core, is a science of precision, but it is executed with a passion that transforms simple ingredients into something truly exquisite. Today, we focus on the fundamental dough of the French repertoire: Pâte à Choux (choux paste).
This intensive, hands-on workshop will teach you the essential techniques to create delicate, airy, and perfectly hollow pastries—the foundation for both classic éclairs and cream puffs.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
Classes time is noted above.
Kids will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear have them wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back, please for safety precautions have kids wear long pant, and short sleeves are okey, but not sleeveless.
