  • New England Lobster Roll Shack (August 1)

    • Shellfishsh
Saturday, August 1st | 1:00PM-3:00PM Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School Chef Stephanie Cardinal Step off the coast without leaving the kitchen. This class channels the energy of a New England seafood shack at its peak: salt air, butter on your hands, paper-lined trays, and food that feels like it was meant to be eaten standing at a weathered counter after a long day by the water. It’s chef-driven, unfussy, and built around bold, iconic flavors that define the Atlantic shoreline. Think comfort, precision, and nostalgia all in the same bite. Menu: Split-Top Brioche Buns Classic New England Lobster Rolls Coastal Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter Buttermilk Ranch Coleslaw Crisp Old Bay Fries Wild Maine Blueberry Hand Pies (Chef prepared) Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section. To receive a refund or credit, cancellations must be submitted no less than 48 hours before the class begins. • Restaurant Style Thai Cooking (August 5)

Wednesday, August 5 | 6:00PM-8:00PM Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School Chef Stephanie Cardinal Join us for a hands-on dive into Thai cooking that’s bold, bright, and built around real restaurant flavors; no shortcuts, no pretense, just good food made with intention. We’ll focus on Pad See Ew, that smoky, sweet-salty noodle dish you usually only get right from a hot wok in a busy kitchen, and break it down into something you can actually pull off at home without stress or special equipment. Along the way, we’ll layer in fresh herbs, heat, and balance so you start to understand how Thai food really works; why it hits so hard when it’s right, and how to fix it when it’s not. You’ll leave full, a little messy, and very confident. Menu: Lao Hu Cai (Tiger Salad) Pad See Ew Thai Panna Cotta Thai Iced Tea What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class: You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
