    Wednesday, July 29 @ 6:00-8:00 p.m. Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School Chef Mark Benson Join us for a hands-on cooking class that brings together some of Korea’s most beloved flavors, beginning with Bo Ssam pork lettuce wraps and finishing with the iconic Bibimbap. You’ll learn how to prepare its signature components -crisp vegetables, mushrooms, over-easy egg, and punchy condiments served over fluffy white rice and topped with a vibrant, tangy gochujang sauce, learning how to balance heat, sweetness, and savoriness to elevate both the bibimbap and Bo Ssam. To round out the menu, we’ll prepare a refreshing, bright ginger scallion sauce with acidity, and a hint of spice, marinated mushrooms and savory, seasoned spinach. Our Chef will walk you through marinating Pork, Chicken, and Beef Souvlaki and roasting them on a skewer with vegetables and making pita bread from scratch.
