We’ll cover essential knife skills for prepping fresh vegetables, and how to cook chicken to juicy perfection. Become a dessert designer. You’ll learn the foundations of a perfect cookie dough and then take the lead—mixing and matching gourmet mix-ins to create a personalized batch of cookies tailored to your exact cravings.
