    Tuesday, April 28 | 4:30-6:30 p.m. Harmons Traverse Mountain Cooking School Chef Shane Note: This class is designed for Junior Chefs ages 9 through 14. Please no adults- this class is designed for kids only. Get ready to become a grill master! In this hands-on class, junior chefs will learn everything they need to know to make a perfect steak dinner at home. We'll cover essential skills like selecting the right cut of meat, properly seasoning it, and using different cooking methods—from pan-searing to grilling—to achieve a tender, juicy result every time. Beyond the steak, we'll teach you how to prepare delicious side dishes that elevate the meal, including a classic baked potato and a perfectly roasted carrots. We'll also cover essential kitchen safety and knife skills so you can cook with confidence. By the end of the night, you'll have all the knowledge to host a memorable "steak night" for your family and friends.
