Improvised during a busy weekend, it was originally created with romaine lettuce, garlic oil, eggs, parmesan, and Worcestershire sauce. It became popular in Hollywood, famously popularized as a "finger food" tableside creation. In this class you will learn how to make the ultimate Caesar salad, right down to the croutons. We'll add a filet of grilled salmon and pair it perfectly with wine selected by our Chefs. Ending in a friendly "mystery basket" challenge on the final day Ages: 13-15 years old Date: Monday, June 22th through Thursday, June 25th 2026 Time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, daily Skills and Techniques: Learn basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety Work as a team to prepare and serve delicious food the right way Day 1- Knife Skills- Making and taking a big batch of Chicken Fajitas. They will make enough to eat for lunch and will take the rest home raw to cook in front of their families.
