Transport yourself to the vibrant kitchens and bustling markets of the Middle East in this flavorful hands-on cooking class focused on the art of Mezze — a collection of small dishes designed for sharing and gathering around the table. Dietitian Elizabeth and Chef Mark will guide you through preparing a colorful spread of fresh herbs, warm spices, wholesome grains, and savory classics that celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the region.
Come make new friends in our immersive class and discover how Middle Eastern cooking brings people together through shared plates, vibrant ingredients, and warm hospitality. You’ll leave with new techniques, exciting flavors, and the confidence to recreate this mezze feast at home for family and friends.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
