    Monday, July 13 - Thursday, July 16 | 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Harmons Traverse Mountain Cooking School Chef Sterling Level: Advanced (Ages 8–12) Prerequisite: Basic knife skills and prior kitchen experience recommended. Our Advanced Junior Chef Camp is designed for the student who is comfortable in the kitchen but ready to tackle professional techniques. This isn't just about following recipes—it’s about understanding the "Why" behind the food. Over four days, we will dive into the science of emulsification and the art of "mise en place." These recipes are deep and complex in flavor but not in preparation, leaving you lots of time to enjoy a night out. Our Cooking School is the perfect place to spend a fun evening picking up a new skill, a new recipe, making friends, and enjoying great food and drink. Seats are priced per person.
