In this class you will learn how to prepare and cook the perfect steak with tips and tricks straight from the fine dining world. You’ll learn how to properly season and sear your steak in a cast iron pan, and finish it off by basting with butter, garlic, and fresh thyme. Along with the perfect steak, you will also be introduced to some delicious & savory sides. Our Chef will instruct you on how to cook the most decadent black garlic mashed potatoes using the Instant Pot and a fresh asparagus sauteed in lemon and garlic you will love! Our Chef will walk you through marinating Pork, Chicken, and Beef Souvlaki and roasting them on a skewer with vegetables and making pita bread from scratch.
