    Thursday, July 31st | 6:00-8:00 p.m. Harmons City Creek Cooking School Chef Jake Driffill It's time to prep for your party the right way! In this class you'll learn how to make some perfect appetizers and side dishes to go with your cocktails, fit for any of your celebration needs. Cocktails will be made by our very own chef and provided for you to pair with all of the fan favorite side dishes you know and love. Due to the nature of these cocktails unfortunately mocktail options will not be provided. Menu: -Rumaki -Onion Dip and Chips -Crab Rangoon -Teriyaki Meatballs -Tom Collins Cocktail -Old Fashioned Cocktail -Kamikaze Cocktail Seats are priced per person. Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D. If you would prefer a non-alcoholic alternative, please list your preference in the comments. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section. What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class: You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
