Stepping into the role of the instructor is Chef Mark Benson, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 20 years of experience. Chef Mark has been with Harmons for over a year where he was the instructor at the Bangerter Crossing Harmons. Join Chef Mark in this introductory hands-on class featuring classic flavors of Greece. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a Chickpea salad with fresh tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, and feta cheese. You'll learn a clever new way to roast skewered yogurt marinated chicken, cook a heart-warming rice dish with spinach, understand the key to pillowy pita bread, and round out the dish with a cool, tangy tzatziki sauce. We will finish off the meal with a crispy mini baklava.
