Enjoy a fine selection of Northern California Wines and Cheeses as well as some fresh chef made appetizers. Learn how to make a lovely pesto to go over of some of our beloved Harmons pasta. Come fill your stomachs, make some new friends, and just have a night of chill fun at our cooking school! !!!This is not the usual cooking class experience, only the pesto will be taught, the rest is socialization, eating, and learning about the wines!!! Nothing pairs well with the heat quite like some juicy sliders fixed up with all the toppings. Cut the heat with Chef's refreshing potato salad. Make your dentist upset by working out that sweet tooth with our lovely pork belly baked beans and bananas foster shortcake to show that appetite who's boss. This is a class that will change up your summer get togethers forever. Banh Mi is similar to a French baguette but smaller and personal-sized! It also refers to the sandwiches crafted on this bread with a variety of flavorful fillings, similar to an American po'boy. Come join our Chefs as they show you how to make this traditional meal! Learn how to make mole to go over some classic turkey enchiladas with hatch chiles. Spice up your side game with a Chile Verde rice and some hatch Chile salsa. Enjoy a little sweet heat with some Hatch Chile Ice cream. Then pair it all with so nice prosecco to wash it all down. We hope your tastebuds are thoroughly prepared.
