Who knew plants could be used with so much versatility that they could be such good substitutions for the classic game day favorites???? Learn to make plant-based nachos that'll have nacho lovers jealous, topped with a creamy cashew sauce. Make some classic sliders with barbecue seitan to go with a side of buffalo cauliflower. Whatever space is left over from the food, let it be filled with some cold, refreshing beer.

Seats are priced per person.
Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D. If you would prefer a non-alcoholic alternative, please list your preference in the comments.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. In this new format of Social Experience, there will be a little less hands on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
