Join us for a spirited night of Caribbean flavor, bold spices, and island-inspired fun as we cook, sip, and shake our way through a tropical feast. We’ll build layers of smoky heat in authentic jerk chicken, char juicy pineapple until it’s caramelized and golden, and master coconut rice that’s rich, fragrant, and perfectly fluffy.
And of course… the real rhythm of the night comes from the bar. You’ll craft a vibrant, citrus-kissed rum punch that’s bright, balanced, and just strong enough to make you feel like you’re on vacation. We’ll talk flavor balance, cocktail structure, and how to pair food and drink like a pro.

This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We’re required to verify ID at check-in, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to admit any guests without one.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class: You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
