A Chef’s Table: A Journey Inspired by Anthony Bourdain, 21+ (June 25)
June 25, 6:00-8:00 PM
Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School
Chef Stephanie Cardinal
On June 25th, we host a one-night Chef’s Table experience inspired by the life, travels, and culinary influence of Anthony Bourdain. This is a reflective evening of food and storytelling—shaped by kitchens, places, and the dishes that defined how he saw the world.
The evening coincides with what would have been his birthday, making it a meaningful moment to revisit the flavors and ideas he left behind.
The menu will remain intentionally undisclosed in advance, revealed as the story unfolds at the table.
Menu
A Culinary Journey in Five Chapters
Chef's Wine Pairing
Important Information:
This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We're required to verify ID at check-in, and unfortunately, we won't be able to admit any guests without one.
What to expect at a Chefs' Table:
The entire chef team joins together to create an evening of elegance and delight, bringing an interpretation of the theme to your plates.
We do not provide recipes for Chefs' Tables. This allows for impromptu inspiration, creative freedom, and the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
With advanced notice, allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated, and non-alcoholic drink options made available. Please indicate your needs and preferences in the comment field when you register for the event.
Dinners are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
You will be seated banquet style, among other guests, at our large tables. If you are coming as a group, but registering separately, please let us know so we can facilitate your group sitting together.
Seats are priced per person.
