    Wednesday, Sept 23 | 6:00-8:00 p.m. Harmons Station Park Cooking School Chef Laura Macarons can be difficult to make, but once you know the correct method it gets easy! Our devoted Chef Laura will be teaching you how to craft the Italian meringue method of making macarons, a technique you can use again and again. Not only is the recipe itself useful, the wealth of knowledge provided by students and staff foster a fun, engaging learning environment for new and experienced Chefs alike. Alongside our macaron cookie making, you'll melt chocolate wafers for dipping and have a collection of decorations so you can go home with macarons worth millions. It's a shareable moment for friends, family, coworkers, or just yourself. We provide fillings for your macarons so you can focus on making the cookie and enjoying the class. A Chef-prepared dinner is provided during our class. What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class: You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Seats are priced per person.

  • Hand Rolled Pasta (Sept 24)

    Thursday, September 24 6:00pm-8:00pm Harmons Cooking School Chef Laura Hand rolled pasta is a favorite here in the Cooking School- for beginners, experienced Chefs, and even our staff. It's just fun to get covered in flour! We'll show you how to knead and roll out fresh pasta dough, and cut into several fun shapes. That's not all, you'll learn the tricks to a delightful alfredo and enjoy a wondefully loaded red sauce. Proteins and a fresh vegetable bar will be offered alongside for a fully customizable dinner experience. We even do all the dishes and clean up after- all you have to do is come, make some pasta, eat and enjoy. Menu: Fettuccini Cavatelli Orchiette Alfredo Sauce Protein and Vegetable Bar What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class: You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.     Friday, Sept 25 6:00pm-8:00pm Harmons Station Park Cooking School Chef Laura Ditch the line at the taco stand and forget finding the next hidden gem- it's right here and you're the Chef! We'll provide everything you need to sling up chicken and beef tacos for you and yours, and we do all the clean up too. These recipes are deep and complex in flavor but not in preparation, leaving you lots of time to enjoy a night out. Our Cooking School is the perfect place to spend a fun evening picking up a new skill, a new recipe, making friends, and enjoying great food and drink. Seats are priced per person. What you can expect from our Street Tacos & Margaritas class: You'll Make: Salsa Verde Instant Pot Chicken Tinga Marinated & Grilled Flank or Skirt Steak Cumin-Lime Black Beans Obligatory Calabacitas (Cooked Vegetables with Cheese) Fresh Grilled Corn or Flour Tortillas We'll handle the instruction, clean up, and drink service- you'll be surprised how quick and easy it comes together. What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking Class: Please come prepared with closed-toed shoes and long hair securely tied back. You'll work in small groups in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional Chef instructor, sharing equipment and workstations.
