    August 25, 6:00-8:00PM Traverse Mountain Chef Sterling West Get ready for the ultimate Taco Tuesday, featuring hatch chile, experience packed with bold flavors, vibrant colors, and fiesta-worthy fun! In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to create sizzling carne asada and juicy shrimp tacos loaded with fresh toppings and incredible homemade sauces. We’ll pair them with smoky street-style elote, flavorful cilantro lime rice, and a variety of fresh-made salsas that bring every bite to life. From zesty and bright to smoky and spicy, this class is all about building unforgettable flavor. During the class, you’ll create a delicious menu featuring classic Pad Thai, savory chicken satay served with a rich peanut dipping sauce, a fresh Thai herb salad, and a traditional mango sticky rice dessert. Along the way, you’ll gain practical skills and confidence to recreate these dishes at home. Enjoy a relaxed, interactive atmosphere as you cook, learn, and share a meal with others.
