Ending in a friendly "mystery basket" challenge on the final day Ages: 13-15 years old Date: Monday, July 20th through Thursday, July 23rd 2026 Time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, daily Skills and Techniques: Learn basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety Work as a team to prepare and serve delicious food the right way Day 1- Knife Skills- Making and taking a big batch of Chicken Fajitas. They will make enough to eat for lunch and will take the rest home raw to cook in front of their families.
