    Tuesday October 27th | 6-8pm | 21+ Holladay Market Chef Tara Walker Dive into the vibrant flavors of coastal Mexico! Sip on refreshing Margaritas as you learn to craft a menu that's as lively and colorful as the beachside sunset. From the zesty kick of tequila-marinated shrimp to the smoky heat of chipotle in our tender, flaky fish tacos this class will give you the skills to bring the flavors of Mexican seafood to your next backyard fiesta.     Wednesday, October 28, 2026 @ 6pm - 8PM Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School Chef Dee Beltz Join us for fresh made pasta and a spicy Arrabbiata sauce (Diablo for Halloween week!) with some tender sauteed shrimp! Chef Dee will show you how to make a tender pasta with just 3 ingredients and you will get to "roll your own"...so to speak. Come and enjoy the wizarding world and the flavors of the witches and warlocks! Chef Dee will cook for you tonight so fly to our kitchen and settle into the Great Hall as we present a classic Sunday Roast Dinner! We will be preparing all the wizard school's favorites, and you will even get a chance to make your own Chocolate Frog! Bring your thinking caps as we will play some trivia and award some prizes to those that know the story best! Wear your house colors and come hungry! Happy Halloween!
