Grill & Chill: Herbaceous Heat, 21+ (June 26)
Friday, June 26 | 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Harmons Holladay Market Cooking School
Chef Tara Walker
Fresh herbs, bold heat, and serious backyard energy. In this hands-on class, we’ll grill chimichurri flank steak, roast chili-butter baby potatoes with lime and cotija, and blister shishito peppers with citrus salt and a cool yogurt dip.
It’s vibrant, a little smoky, a little spicy — and perfectly made for lingering with good food and good company. Come hungry and ready to chill.
Whether you're looking to expand your skills or simply enjoy a unique and delicious afternoon, this class offers a memorable journey through taste, technique, and creativity.
