Experience the flavors of Utah at their summer peak in this hands-on seasonal cooking class celebrating the best of August’s local harvest. Dietitian Elizabeth and our Harmons Chef will guide you through preparing a vibrant menu inspired by the farms, orchards, and markets of the Wasatch Front. Together, you’ll work with juicy peaches, sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, fresh herbs, and other locally sourced ingredients to create a beautiful late-summer feast.
Come make new friends in our immersive class and enjoy an evening centered around great food, local ingredients, and the joy of cooking together. You’ll leave inspired to bring the flavors of a Utah summer to your own table for family and friends.

Whipped Goat Cheese with Utah Peaches Starter
Heirloom Tomato & Sweet Corn Salad
Grilled Summer Squash with Garlic Yogurt
Cast Iron Chicken Thighs with Cherries
Dessert - Baked Utah Peaches

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
