    Wednesday, July 1, 2026 @ 6:00-8:00 p.m. Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School Chef Mark Benson Step into the soul of Athens and experience the joy of making and eating authentic Greek Gyros (pronounced “YEE-ro”) in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mark will walk you through marinating Pork, Chicken, and Beef Souvlaki and roasting them on a skewer with vegetables and making pita bread from scratch. You will have your choice of creating a Gyro topped with Tzatziki or serving your Souvlaki over a bed of aromatic rice and a refreshing salad of herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers and feta.
